Boise's HOTTEST Market This Year?!?

Published July 7, 2026

Last week only about 200 homes hit the market across Ada County, the fewest since winter, and almost 280 still went pending. That looks like the hottest Boise market of the year... but it's a holiday mirage. Here's what the 4th of July week hid, and what the Idaho real estate market is actually doing underneath it.

If you're thinking about buying or selling a home in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, or anywhere in the Treasure Valley, this is the data you need before you make your next move.
