I'm Corbin Scott, a Realtor® working out of Keller Williams Realty Boise. I help people buy and sell homes in the Treasure Valley, at their pace and with intention, in the neighborhoods I'd happily live in myself.
I'm a local Idahoan. I went to school in Emmett, learned to fish on the Payette, and rode the Greenbelt before it had a speed limit. I sell real estate in the neighborhoods I grew up on — the North End, Hyde Park, East End, Eagle, Star, Middleton — and I do it the way I'd want it done if I were on the other side of the table.
That means no pressure pitch. It means pricing to the comp, not to the listing flyer. It means telling you when the right move is to wait, and showing you the back streets and bike paths that don't make it into the MLS description. It also means staying in touch long after the deal closes — your client portal stays open for life, with the same trusted plumber, the same seasonal maintenance checklist, the same realtor you can text about the bike paths two years later.
The day job is paperwork and patience. The point is helping you do the next right thing for you and your family.

Raised in Emmett, ID
Grew up in the small town of Emmett just north of Eagle on Highway 16. Picked cherries in local orchards, jumped into irrigation canals, and learned to drive on Old Freezeout Road.
Chapman University, TV & Advertising
Studied broadcast journalism and advertising at Chapman University. Worked summers as a river guide on the Jungle Cruise.
Evening News Producer Career
Produced evening newscasts for years at NBC and CBS affiliate stations. Quickly mastered skills of negotiation, asking the right questions, staying calm in high-pressure situations, and helping people in their hardest times.

The brokerage, the back-office support, and the compliance framework I run my practice on today.
