QUESTIONS I GET

Is there a long contract?
No. There's no 6-month contract on any of the three plans.
What does "if I bring the buyer" mean?
If I also find the buyer for your home, that amount is added to your plan: +2.5% on Silver, +2% on Gold, and +1.5% on Platinum.
How is the buyer's agent paid?
Buyer agent commissions are negotiated outside of your listing commission, on every plan.
Are there any other fees?
A $495 transaction fee at closing.
Why only three homeowners?
Three is what I can afford to take on right now. I hope to open more spots when I can.
